Over the past century, naval technology has developed leaps and bounds. Ships and boats along with the technologies of ship building have seen huge advancements. This has led to the establishment of various dedicated fields of technology.
Naval architect has to use mathematical and scientific methods and principles to make structures that can float or travel under or over the water. They have to make sure that the structure can stand the force of the ocean, inlands, and other environment.
In the naval architecture process there are also aspects like, power transmission, hull efficiency, safety and new environmental demands like electric or hybrid propulsion systems.
Our Project: Concept development of a solar electric passenger ferry-boat for shallow water and inland lakes
Hydrodynamic Investigation of multi- and monohulls
Design of an electric Jet-Drive powered runabout (mono- and multihull)
